Jes\u00fas Lourido, gerente de la OPP de Puerto, y Fernando Bouza, gerente de la comercializadora celeirense Novomar, estuvieron presentes en el acto junto a directivos de la cadena de distribuci\u00f3n y Juan Ignacio Gandar\u00edas, director general de Ordenaci\u00f3n Pesquera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carrefour tiene en la merluza de pincho de Celeiro uno de sus productos de referencia y ahora adopta este sistema de gesti\u00f3n interno que adem\u00e1s permite al consumidor consultar a trav\u00e9s del c\u00f3digo QR la informaci\u00f3n del barco que la ha capturado, la zona y arte de pesca, fecha de desembarco y entrega e puerto, y la fecha en la que lleg\u00f3 a la tienda.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toda la cadena de valor y empresas participantes est\u00e1n retratadas en la etiqueta y Puerto de Celeiro utiliza unas especiales, diferentes a aquellas a las que vende al resto del mercado<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">se\u00f1alaron desde el puerto, en aras a garantizar la trazabilidad del pescado fresco.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto acerca el producto y distribuidor a la sociedad y abraza la sostenibilidad para el futuro<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">dijo Lourido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fernando Bouza, resalt\u00f3 la transparencia fiabilidad y total informaci\u00f3n desde el barco al consumidor.
